Notes

How does a framework run, and what do you receive at each step?

Each framework (N-01 through N-06) opens with a working session at our Clemenceau studio or via video in SGT hours. You receive written deliverables at every ring marker — message system docs, creative direction guides, channel system maps or advisory notes. Cadence is agreed upfront; your team knows which practice area owns the next deliverable. Frameworks chain cleanly: positioning before campaign architecture, content engine after platform work. A typical N-01 run spans two weeks with a discovery session, drafting period and readout. N-03 and N-05 often follow once your message system is stable.

What should you bring to a session?

Bring existing brand materials, audience notes and launch timeline drafts. We map gaps in your marketing nest and suggest the next framework step. Useful inputs include prior campaign summaries, internal stakeholder notes, competitor references and any message hierarchy tensions your team already feels. You do not need polished decks — working documents are preferred because they reveal how your team actually thinks about positioning today.

Do you support distributed APAC teams?

Yes. Sessions default to SGT working hours with shared docs for regional marketing leads. Remote participation is standard for Singapore scale-ups with engineering or marketing staff across APAC time zones. We document decisions in shared workspaces so distributed teams can comment asynchronously between live working sessions at the Clemenceau studio or via video.

How do you choose which framework to start with?

Most engagements begin at N-01 unless you already have a stable message system. If your brand platform is defined but channels feel chaotic, N-03 campaign architecture is the typical entry point. We confirm the starting framework after a short discovery conversation — never from a generic package menu. Your marketing nest should feel ordered before production volume increases.

What does handover look like after a framework completes?

Handover includes editable source documents, a readout session and written guidance on recommended next framework steps. Your team receives templates designed for reuse — creative brief structures, editorial calendar scaffolds or channel role maps depending on the framework completed. We do not leave you with slide decks that require translation; deliverables are meant for direct operational use.
